A private Pakistani airline known as Air Blue is located on the 12th floor of Islamabad Stock Exchange towers in the capital of Pakistan, Islamabad. It is declared as the second-largest airline in Pakistan having a growing share of the national market. Headquarter of Airline is in Islamabad. The airline was founded in 2003 in Karachi by Pakistani-American international IT experts Tariq Chaudhry and Shahid Haqan Abbasi. It started operation after the foundation in 2004 having three flights in each direction. It was inaugural in 2004 by the prime minister of Pakistan Zafar Ullah Khan Jamali.
After running its first flight at the domestic level, it became very popular that allowed the airline to carry almost 400,000 passengers having 90% of the load. Later on, the airline launched its first international flight from Karachi to Dubai in 2005. After that, the airline was inaugurated in Manchester. The airline launched its services in Turkey in 2011. Then in 2013, Shahid Haqan Abbasi resigned from the Air blue Responsibility and was elected as a minister In Pakistan.
So, from start to till now, air blue has made so made innovations to enhance the security and affordability of airlines. Its fleet size is 11 and it has airplanes between 20-30 years old. There are almost 9 in-service aircraft of Air Blue. A few years back, it had a partnership with Windrose Airlines that has been ended in 2016. Presently it has a partnership with PepsiCo.
