Paella Valencia

It is probably one of the most famous Spanish foods ever. A particular cuisine is a rice dish and is originally from Valencia. It is famous because Spanish people consider that it has a success to a lot of good seafood for their dishes. It tastes like iodine because of the seafood contained by it.

It was originally the food of farmers and farmer laborers cooked by the workers for lunchtime on a wood fire. Mainly was made with rice, onions and snails, tomatoes, and beans. Its origin is from the region around Valencia and usually depends on two varlets: one is seafood paella and the other is Valencia paella.

Paella Valencia Ingredients

The method for making this cuisine is: heat the pan and coat it with olive oil. Add the chicken rabbit and garlic until it gets browned look. Now add tomatoes, butter beans, peas, and green beans. A tomato-based Andalusian soup is the most famous because of its ability to cure a cold. It is the oldest dish that is mentioned in Roman as well as in Greek literature. A soup has a variety of nutrition due to the addition of vegetables and sometimes it is known as the liquid salad.

In ancient Morocco, the Moors made the same soup by using almonds known as Ajo Blanco that contributed to gazpacho beginnings. The myth of that time says that Gazpacho had some guidance’s from the Moors of Northern Africa along with the ancient Greeks. Then after that, a cuisine has become famous in the Andalusia region of Spain in the 19th century.

The traditional soup’s ingredients are tomatoes, cucumber, green bell pepper, bread, red onion, garlic, olive oil, Sherry vinegar, ground cumin, sea salt, black pepper. For the topping, ingredients are fresh herbs, cracked black paper, olive oil, creams, and chopped hard-boiled eggs.

Albondigas Ingredients

Croquet

It is originated in France where the people feature a mashed potato center. But then with time, croquettes traveled to Spain and became the croquet. Spanish cooks filled it with creamy béchamel sauce.

The ingredients used for making this are Serrano ham, onion, flour, olive oil, butter, salt, milk, nutmeg, and breadcrumbs.

The method is: Start heating the butter in a heavy pan. Then add the onions and sauté for five minutes until it gets brown. Add the salt and nutmeg to it. Mix and add the diced Serrano ham for more than a minute. Add the flour and then the milk. Add more milk, until the dough gets creamy. Now pour it into the bowl and let it cool at room temperature. Cover it with plastic rape paper and store it for four hours in the fridge. After getting cool, make the little croquet logs using a metal spoon.
