Ossobuco

The ingredients need for making this is spring fresh rosemary, fresh thyme, dry bay leaf, whole cloves, cheesecloth, whole veal shanks, kitchen twine, flour, vegetable oil, tomatoes paste, white vine, chicken stock, and lemon zest. 

The method for making this yummy cuisine is: place the rosemary, bay leaf, thyme, and cloves and secure it with twine. Now for the veal shanks, and to remove excess moisturize pat try it with paper towels. Heat the vegetable oil in a large Dutch oven pot until smoking. Now remove the brown shanks and reserve them.

Now, add the carrot, onion, and celery to the same pot. Carefully remove the cooked shanks and cut the kitchen twine and discard it. Now pour all the sauces on the shanks from the pot and serve it.
